At Floral Dubai, we aim to deliver your flowers fresh and exactly as shown. If you experience any issue with your order, please review our policy below.

Freshness Guarantee

All arrangements are made fresh on the day of delivery.
If you receive damaged, wilted, or incorrect items, please notify us within 2 hours of delivery with clear photos.

Eligibility for Refund or Replacement

You may be eligible for a refund, store credit, or free replacement if:

  • Flowers arrived damaged or not fresh

  • Wrong item or size was delivered

  • Delivery was made to the wrong address due to our mistake

Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds when:

  • The customer provides an incorrect or incomplete address

  • The recipient is unavailable or unreachable

  • Items are refused without a valid reason

  • Customised arrangements or special orders (non-standard designs)

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders canceled at least 4 hours before the delivery time can receive a full refund.

  • Orders canceled after the arrangement is prepared or dispatched are non-refundable.
